bin (tan)

Bokashi bins are made from durable plastics. The black bin is made from 75%  recycled plastic and both bins are impregnated with efficient microbes and are roughly the size of a pedal bin. These bins are used to compost all sorts of food waste which is normally thrown away including eggshells and small bones.

The bins measure    28 cm by 28 cm by 40 cm    in height and weigh 1.5 kg empty

There is also a strainer through which the bokashi juice filters and collects in the bottom of the bin from where it can be drained through a tap and can then be diluted with water and used as a very nourishing food supplement for all kinds of plants as well as for unblocking drains etc
